Service Description
Providing Quantitative Fit Testing for 2 different N95 masks approved by HealthShare NSW (masks provided by FTA). Upon completion you will have your fit test reports emailed to you within 24 hours. Location is Office A 1-02 You MUST be clean shaven. No eating, drinking or smoking 30 mins before your fit test. *Refunds or rescheduling cannot occur within 48 hours of your booking*
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we want to accommodate our guests as best we can. However, we also have to maintain a strict cancellation policy due to the nature of our business. If you need to refund or reschedule your booking, please let us know as soon as possible at info@fta.net.au. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time, we will be happy to provide you with a refund (minus 10% admin fee) or reschedule your booking for a future date at no additional cost. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival time, we will be unable to reschedule your booking or provide you with a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but hope you understand that we have reserved the space specifically for your booking and may have turned away other potential guests. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to work with you and find a solution that works for everyone.
