At Fit Test Australia, we prioritize health and safety. Due to the nature of our products, we have strict policies in place to ensure the integrity of our respiratory protection equipment. Non-Refundable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, all mask purchases are final and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on masks, respirators, or any other PPE once they have left our facility.
This policy ensures the highest level of protection for all customers. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement, refund or store credit.
